From Dun Morogh: follow the roads east of Ironforge/Kharazan or even the Gol'bolar Quarry, and go through the tunnel into the south gate pass. From the Wetlands: get to the lake at the southeastern part of the zone, then follow the road going west, through several Dwarven tunnels up the mountain to Loch Modan.

Just follow the road straight east, you might want to stop at Tarren Mill for the FP if you don't have it (if you flew to Tarren Mill start here) and go through Thora-something wall to get to Arathi Highlands. In Arathi, go east until you pass the alliance outpost Refuge Pointe, then go south to get to Wetlands.

How to get from ironforge to wetlands

Since you don't have the flight path, you have to leave Ironforge and head south on the road. When it forks, go east. Stay on that road that will eventually curve North. Follow the path all the way  The way I used to get there is by walking to the top of Ironforge and then Morogh/Wetlands border had more places hidden so I decided to go  Go to the Wetlands.
